Shipping policy

Every Jake250 shirt is made-to-order by our US fulfillment partners and typically ships within 2–3 business days of your order. Standard delivery adds 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Once handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages outside the 30-day window, or packages marked delivered but not received (file a claim with the carrier).
